New “Hope-mobile” Bus found. Partners needed!

Dear Friends,

We’ve asked for prayer about direction regarding the need to replace our bus due to major engine issues costing 6K-10K to fix. Having a bus makes a big difference and is a helpful tool in our ministry to the homeless of Anchorage. During the winter, I take the bus regularly to areas where the homeless are. They can come in and warm up, have coffee, hot chocolate, snacks, gospel music and Christ-centered conversation.

I have been consistently looking for a good deal and recently found one that seems like it will work well for us.
- 2009 Chevy 5500 Shuttle Bus - 39,000 miles  - Gasoline engine - Seating for 24+ - Wheelchair lift - Overhead storage racks - First asking price $32,500 - Owner will accept $25,000

The owner plans to bring a group to the Anchorage airport this coming Monday. We will look at and drive the bus at that time to verify its usefulness for our ministry.

Please pray with us. Our Board has approved us moving forward by faith. Some churches and individuals have already given sacrificially toward this vital project making $6,400 raised. Will the Lord lead you to partner with us in this ministry of outreach to the precious people God has sent us here to serve? We thank you so much! May God bless you! Yours for the valuable harvest, Pastor James & Tricia Martin [donate]
